Default 1st Vette..need some tech help please

Hi, glad i found this site!!!!!
I am now a proud owner of a 74 L48/auto powered corvette. It doesn't have the original engine but hey, the price was right. I would like to get a lower geared rear end and was wondering what years will interchange.
Any help would be great,
thanks,
Drew

65-79 rear ends will interchange on your Vette.

Most all of the suspension will interchange. They did change the width of the rear spring around 78 so the spring will be different.
