Default Here are a couple of quick pics of the 61

Took a few quick shots for the insurance company tonight... just before dark, and I thought I would post them for anyone interested. Yes I have a new red steering wheel on back order as well as several other parts, some of which should be here tomorrow. I will take some better shots soon with my daughters new digital. It takes much better photos. Thanks all for looking.

Ray, (61silver) these are for you.

Hi! Gary

WOW! What a beautiful 1961 Corvette. You must be very satisfied with the results. Now let the fun begin, cruise nights, car shows and just a lazy Sunday drive through the country. I can’t wait to see it in person.

Thanks for the photos and I am looking forward to viewing more pictures.

Great job!
Ray

Gary great job, looks like its right out of a magazine.Almost a sin to cover up the undercarrage that you detailed so well

Again Great job and you should be very proud of it.

We have a large vette show October 23rd in my area (40 minutes from my house)if your interested in going you could come down on saturday night and leave the car in my garage,I would invite you to sleep over but my dog doesnt do well with overnight adult guest if they have to use the rest room (we just learned this recently) but you could take the our C5 to a local hotel.

Larry that sounds great but as usual I have a conflict. That weekend I am heading to Indian Lake NY to do some work on a camp in the woods with some of my brothers from NJ. Thanks for the offer that is very generous of you. If it falls through I may come down if the weather permits. I have family in the area so a hotel wouldn't be necessary. Where is the show?

Really sweet Gary! You did a fantastic job and your attention to detail really is obvious. Hopefully the decent weather holds up for a while for you so you can get a few miles in there before winter? Congratulations, a beautiful vette to be proud of indeed!

Wow. The car is beautiful.

Between the wild resto-rods and the gorgeous factory restorations, you C1 guys have put out some top-shelf cars this year.

Congratulations on the 61, all your hard work really paid off.

Thom

Larry, that is really close to where my brothers are. If my other plans fall through I would love to go.
