fx3 shocks 92 Convert WANTED

Looking for some good used Fx3 shocks or eqivalent pairs or a set. My front top nuts are stripped which wouldnt be repaired during a rebuild. Woludnt mind switching to non fx3 shocks if this is possible. Dont think I can do this as I have the plastic height adjusters mounted to each shock and the other shocks are too small to accomodate the adjusters.Any help would be appreciated. FWIW, Bilstein can easily replace the shock rod as part of their rebuild process. A lot of folks with the FX3 wide up with the gear on the shock rod broken and Bilstein won't simply replace the little gear (or sell it alone). They install a new rod and effectively rebuild the entire shock with the rod, internal seals and new gas and oil.
