'03 shifting hard

Seems like my '03 Z06 with 9,000 miles is intermittently shifting harder into 2nd and 3rd when I take it easy ... not as noticeable when I'm winding out. Dealer says everything is ok but I'm troubled by the fact that it inconsistently shifts hard. Any input is appreciated.

At 9000 miles I lost my 5th to 6th gear syncro. I brought the car into the dealer and they fixed it for free under warranty. They replaced all the syncros with a more robust type, a non composite, and all the shift forks were replaced. All mine were bent. I also had a leaking seal and they replaced that. The car wasn't even abused. If you go to ZO6vette.com, do a search for "syncro" you will see how many have had the same problem and there is alot.
