Default Z06 Brake ducts

Hellllooooo out there in ZO6 land...

I hope with my pedestrian A4 C5 that I can ask the might Knights of the ZO6 table a couple of questions-

I am looking for the GM part numbers of the left and right intakes and cooling ducts for the rear brakes.

Thanks a lot!

Mighty Knights of the Z06 table? Would that make Tammy our "Maiden Marion?"
Well, DarkShark, flattery will get you everywhere.

I don't know the parts numbers, but I suspect I know someone who might. I did a search and found THIS THREAD about someone who made some body mods to his C5 to add Z06 air intakes, and the end result looks pretty good. It's apparently from a kit he ordered.

Have fun!

No problem, DarkShark, although I suspect I may soon be hearing from Tammy about the "Maiden Marion" comment.

So, are you confident with your skills in cutting holes in your C5?

Absolutely!

Now, I am just looking for the parts. I think I will use a dremel though then clean up and round the corners. I have seen some listed for less than $200.

I still want to put some more color on my car. Commemorative AE stripes (maybe) but with magnetic red with silver trim. Kinda like what tuna did to his C4... white car with red stripes.

However, I have an immaculate C5. No mods (just the air filter) and 70K miles (kinda low I guess). So, if I go back and find the parts listed for < $200- then it was meant to be. Otherwise, I'll leave it.

I purchased mine through Eckler's for $199.99 and they came with R & L templates, although I had a body shop do the install.

Good luck.
