Trade Black for Oak interior

I have a 01 with 12k miles and a perfect black interior that I'd like to trade straight across for Oak. I'd prefer someone within in a days drive (Ft Myers FL) so we could do the swap, shouldnt take more then a few hours at most.
Mine is spotless and would want the same in return.
