Congrats on the end of the Bose Woes. Did you have trouble with CD's not going in? I think I've had that a couple of times.

I'm supposed to be an educator, so I have to use those kinds of "catches" all the time. My problems were not accepting the CD and low volume. So I had the head unit fixed (new mechanism so it will read CDR's as well) and the amps rebuilt (this fixes the low volume problem). My ride control problem went away during my first ride after re-installing the head unit.
During my re-installation I was putting my console back in when I apparently pinched some wires. The lights flashed and drained the battery enough that it wouldn't even turn the engine over (scared the pee-wadden out of me). After taking it all apart and getting it right this time, I had to jump start the Vette. This is when the "Ride control" problem cropped up. It came on, as normal, when I turned on the key and went out right on time, but after sitting there for a few minutes (charging the battery) the "ride control" light came back on. Tried several times after that with the same result. Now I must say that I have not driven the car for about two weeks, since I pulled the head unit and the amps out to have them fixed. So yesterday after I got home from school I took her out for a little exercise. The problem hasn't reared its' ugly head, as of this writing. So it must have been nothing to do with the radio install.
I have been trying to get some things accomplished so I'll be ready to head for CruiseFest in June, we're getting close now.
