I was 25 when I bought my first one, bought another one when I was 29 and bought the convertible I have now when I was 33, I wil be 36 next month

i bought mine when i was 44,i'll be 47 next month............still can't get that grin off my face:D .these things are like my grandkids,if i knew they were gonna be this much fun ida had them first

I got mine shortly after my 16th birthday, talk about saving up for a life time....but it was worth it. I will be 18 in August, I had to vote 18-30 since there was nothing less

I am currently 20 and bought my 1987 Z51 coupe March 29th of last year.
I was 17 when I bought my 1977 coupe (sold)

Isn't it kinda of ironic how we can all remember the date and most likly the times we bought our vettes but I couldnt tell you what I had for breakfast this morning!

P.S. I cant for the life of me figure out why my neighbor keeps his 72vert under raps like he dose. he for some reason refuses to drive the car. It is a 454 bigblock vertable. That is such a waste. People like that should be hung from there toe nails.

Bought the first Vette, a 60 ragtop when I was in my twenties, restored the 63 in my thirties, bought the first new one at 35 and leased the 93 at 45, now in my mid 50s I have Thunder to keep me happy, along with a wife, 4 dogs, 7 birds and a turtle.;)

Hi All, I just learned I'm in the majority too! I was 52. Divorced & no kids & that's not to say the vette makes up for anything I screwed up but it sure puts a :D on my mug! I bought my first when I was 25 & kept it till I got married. Maybe something Freudian going on with me? Anyway I got all the couch time I'll need for the forseeable future with my new old 90 ZR-1 to replace my old & sold 72 LT-1! Never knew vettes had so many uses, live & learn.;LOL Tom.
