I am interested to get a breakdown of what options came with this vehicle.

I am intereste to check on the heads up display, if it has the Z51 susp, etc

Bad news is the VIN won't tell ya which RPO codes came on your car. All it tells your insurance agent is that its a coupe with a LS1 motor 345hp. Your car was number 10644 built of 33270, which was built around the end of Dec. or early Jan. contact the NCM and for a nomial fee ($45 ea.) they will print you out your build sheet and/or window sticker. Good luck

There will be a list of the option codes, paint color, etc stuck in the car. I think it is on the inside of the glove box on the '99. It could also be stuck to the bottom of one of the rear hatch covers.

I looked for a list of codes that would tell you what the RPO codes in the glove compartment mean, but this is all I found. I suspect others will have a better list for you. http://corvetteactioncenter.com/tech/rpo/index.html

Ive passed it on to a friend of mine on another forum.
He will run the VIN thru the dealership database and that should give a full service history and what options it has.
