My Corvette(s):
Default '88 Transmission lock problem

We modified 700R4 in my '88 Vette with TCI shift kit. After 1000 miles the transmission lock has arrived too early, I got wery low RPM and my car was yanking.
Other problem, I cannot shift down fast with more RPM when the lock is on, just only with brake (the translock is switched off immediately when I pushing the brake).
Is this lock depend on RPM or speed? Is it possible because of my speed sensor send wrong data to the ECM? What can I do? Please help me. Thanks.
