Default '93 Owners!!! Help Me!!! Quick As Y'all Can!!!

Calling every '93 owner for underhood advise!!!!! I figure the rest of y'all's underhood configurations may be different enough that it matters--but chime in as well---PLEASE!!!

****ON THE QUCIK--- There are 4 cables running from the ASR box towards the firewall. Of the 4, one of mine---as they're connected---the bottom one, does not quite make a full connection. I tried connecting them and the two ends don't seem to want to reach. So I thought, maybe it's not suppose to. Okay. Can someone please tell me the significance of the wires and exactly or close enough to it, just what the bottom cable controls.

THANKS every so much.

Took a look at my 95 & have 1 cable to the throttle body. 1 cable to the firewall which I think controls the accelerator pedal? 1 cable to the cruise control. There is an electrical connector, white, that appears to go to the area below the master cylinder. I'll check the manual a little later to see if there is a better explanation of what goes where?

Thanks Ken, Rabbit. I just bit the bullet and with a friend and I, we reconnected it. Something I guess I didn't catch after the debacle at the so called body shop that supposedly repaired wreck damage. It was just soooo hard to reconnect, I was thinking maybe it should be that way.

If you had 4 cables from the unit I think you have a manual tranny? Mine's an auto & 2 of the cables are "siamesed" to the cruise cintrol, that explains the 3 cables for the auto. Glad you got it fixed.....
