Just to add...
The car has an accel super coil. Well when they set the base timing with the EST wire unpluged they moved the distributor cap and set it. Well the coil isn't on straight, in other words it is twisted in relation to the motor. I dont know why this would be a problem, because I adjusted mine to set the timing and it isn't parallel with the engine. What I dont understand is they plan on taking the whole distributor out, not changing the timing and moving it back a tooth, so that the coil is parallel with the engine. How is this possible? I didn't think you could just move the distributor a tooth, and have the car run find. Wont the car ran really bad, because the firing order will be all messed up in relation to the cam. I am not an expert on every aspect of the engine, but just moving the distributor a tooth is not a correct.
