Default Removable rear window retrofit??

Hey guys, its been a long time since I've been around. My 75 had to go into the frame shop and it seems like that is a black hole. I've started to research the removable rear window again and I was wondering if someone could enlighten me about the rear storage tray hinge hardware and the window latches. Are they the same on all years 68-72 or did they change in the later years. I know the tray itself changed and I have the later one 72. Thanks for any help Jim

Jim:

The window latches were a different shape in 1968, than 1969 thru 1972, which were a whale tail shape, versus the earlier rectangualar style.

The hinge portion that riveted to the rear bulkhead was different for the two styles of rear window trays. First style used from 1968 thru 1970. 1971 & 1972 used the same style hinges. The two trays have the riveted portion of the hinge in the rear bulkhead area located at different positions, because of the rear edge of the window tray being much shorter in length on later trays.
