Default Sea Foam: Any good, bad, or ugly here on the CAC?

Saw this posted on another forum and thought Id ask..

here is the quote:

I've never tried Sea-Foam so I can't say. What I do, though, is add one quart of ATF to a full tank of gas every 3,000 miles after an oil change.

It's safe for your injectors and O2 sensors and won't harm your emissions equipment, either. Ever see the guts of an auto tranny?

Well, the detergent package in ATF cleans intake valves and injectors like nobody's business when mixed with gasoline. It's an old mechanic's trick.
Who wants to try it first and report back?

Or, SeaFoam cleaner.. I have read half in the tank, half in a vac. line.
all of it in a tank. and even half in the crank case..

who knows more?
