Wow! I love that blue. What exactly is it called? Maybe it was just the picture, but is it a candy blue?

lots of plastic and clean ,clean, clean up had the fan about 4 feet away from the window out it's own hole this way you don't draw air over the car , just across the bottom of the room and the flow draws out the fumes.

Wow Mike!

Looks good.

I have used my garage to paint also. Lots of plastic, I used 3 box fans on the floor (up on blocks) pointing out with the door partly up and my kids outside with a hose to keep all the dust down. I also flooded the floor with water before I started. It worked well.

well i definitely want the bumper guards black but there's still a lot of interior work to do yet so it's not on the now list.
at first i wanted a clean look , but looking at it now i think it may need a stripe or something to finish it off, but i'm not sure what that something is .any suggestions??? i've seen the stripe on the hood scoop edges but i'm unsure about what color. maybe a skunk stripe from tip to tail??
as far as the spray booth goes, there is a certain amount of dust in the finish, that's the reason for the 4 coats of clear, these dustspecks(and the whole car) will be sanded with 1,200 wet paper and buffed with 3m perfect it 3 rubbing compound.this will remove all dust and will flatten out the reflection as well as give you that mile deep look to the paint.

Did you paint is with the hood and doors attached? If so, how did you address the door jambs and the edges of the hood?

I had someone try to break into my car They destroyed the t-tops and never made it into the car. I have hard tops on it now that need painting so I'm going to practice with them and would eventually like to paint the car myself.
