Default Do you have a uniquely decorated place for your Callaway, or Callaway Collectibles??

Mark (FX GS) got me thinking when he said he has a place set aside for all of his Bloomington Gold stuff from the show, etc. about Callaway Corvettes - I was wondering if anyone has their garage or office (etc.) done up w/ a Callaway theme??

While most of my stuff is in boxes, I have begun decorating the garage with some...

Some stuff I have though, I would feel guilty about placing out in the garage, even though it is warm, dry, and finished - What have you done to display your Callaway Collection??

Nicely done.

Do you charge admission? and where's the couch and bed?

Luigi - Thanks
...actually, the sleeper sofa is between the red & black Vettes - just in case

I hear that Callaway4Fun is in the process of making quite the Callaway garage w/ his new place

FX GS -

Hey Mark, do you have a picture of the Bloomington poster you said you laminated & mounted - it sounded neat how you bordered it

Mark sent me this pic, with the following message:
"Here is a shot of the Bloomington Gold Poster. I took two 1/4 inch strips of wood, painted them red and attached to the top front and back of the poster with small screws. I then attached a picture hanger. To keep it hanging straight, I took two washers and used duct tape to attach them to the back bottom corners of the poster."

Looks GREAT Mark

From our Great Friend Down-Under.... (Jim Gramms)

His note to me reads....

"Here is a photo of the Callaway that now lives inside my lounge-room.
I don't believe such a master piece living in a garage, so I built the home around the car."

WOW!...

I wish I could do that but I'm already treading on thin water by going to all the Callaway related events that occurred this year...

You have a car in the living room ? I would be happy with my own garage let alone having the car in the living room. You could have a drive-in movie whenever you wanted without worrying about bugs, weather, or kids running around and hitting the car with a football . Very nice indeed.

Jim, Welcome to the Callaway Forum

Enjoy sifting through all the threads here, you have plenty to read about

We will be doing the Carlisle show again for sure - I imagine that it is a good place for your gathering of Callaway related stuff for the backdrop of that awesome room - I am still trying to figure out how you got it inside the house - That is AWESOME!

re: the Bloomington posters - there were only as many made, as there were cars in the ballroom so finding a spare, would be as easy as locating hen's teeth

I asked about reproductions of the posters with a laminate/blueprint company I contacted - they started the conversation at $275 bucks, more $$$ if they determined it would be a tough job, once they actually saw it...

Again, welcome to the Callaway Forum - Enjoy!

- Chris
