Default Deck Lid Striker Plate rivets

Does anyone know what the proper rivet tool and/or procedure for putting in the rivets for the striker plates for the deck lid on a '65 would be? Thanks.

I used aircraft riveting equipment when I did mine. An explanation with some pictures is shown here (look for the response about half way down the page).
