Okay-this poll was inspired by my refugee brother Roadfrog!
Okay picture this:
You are in a mall parking lot and a couple of college kids are walking by your Z06 or Corvette (non Z06's people are welcome to vote in all my polls) and you see one of them kick your vette leaving a small dent and scratch. You are accompanied by a friend of yours who happens to be a body builder and state wrestling champion what do you do?

I would tell the friend to stand back. I can take care of meself. I would corner him (yep, I can do it) and call the cops (got a witness ya know), press criminal charges if possible, civil charges, and just make his life miserable for a while. I use an attorney nearly weekly and he's a bad azz.
Then I would fix the Vette.
No violence mind you but the kid wouldn't know it.....;LOL
Someone has to clean up the gene pool. Suspect a little jail time would take care of that boy!

I actually think I would be crazy and angry enough to hit the kid!
Call me crazy, but I think I would lose it all together!

I believe Jesus also said something about not suffering the company of fools. I'm with roadfrog on this one: the body builder/state wrestling champ will be good to have along for a little intimidation, and keeping there while the police are fetched and charges for criminal property damage are filed. What happens to them criminally isn't my big focus, but I would make it point to get the Vette fixed on his (or their) dime.

Perhaps, I should refrain from making a permanent divot in his face with a 9 iron!

I agree. But I would pray that he tried to get away. Then a half sweed half indian would cloud-up and rain all over his butt. After the rain storm I would then stomp a mudd hole in his back. These is what I would like to do, but I'm not sure if in real life I could restraint my self from use his head to make some hood damage (of course to his car):D
I'm not a violent person, but divorced, and no kids. There are few things in life that I love more than my vette!!! :love

I can totally picture 1HotZ06 beating the crap out of someone if he caught them messing with his red Z06.
He would beat them so hard that they would be hospitized. He would cut him a check for the hospital bills right there on the spot.

A couple of fellow vette drivers wanted to know why this poll is so violent.
Well, that is an excellent question and as your poll host I feel it is my duty to answer.
This situation is definitely possible. It is not a fantasy. Vettes get vandalized for several reasons. Pranks, taking up two parking spaces, jealously, anger between former friends, following a road rage incident, the list goes on.
There may be a time that an owner might catch the vandal in the act. I do believe that a lot of people would take the peaceful approach, but certainly many would resort to violence. It would be a human impulsive reaction to beat the guy. I really think I would lose it and smack him so hard. Makes me want to think about changing my thought process NOW to avoid possible consequences after committing assalt and battery. Better to talk about the scenario before it happens than after!!!!!!!
Do they have internet in prison?

The thing is: our Vette's are more than "just a car." I can't explain it. Who said something along the lines of, "If you ask why, you wouldn't understand."??? It's kind of like the Harley thing; I don't even have a Harley but there's some kind of brotherhood between riders.
The people who says that Corvette's are "just another car" are people who have obviously never driven one. ;)

the funny part of this is I am watching an ad for a saturn ion car that every thing is hitting it and it is staying perfect. as much as I would like to beat the sh** out of them I would not I would just call the cops and get as much info to give them.
