I was reseting my trip odometer a few days ago to check some mileage. I havent used it in awhile and it was hard to pull and reset. After I did that my speedometer needle started to jump around and made a clicking sound. Now my mileage odometer doesnt work at all but the speed indicator does, though it still makes a faint clicking sound with a little bit of needle dance. Has anyone had this problem before and if so how do you resolve it?
Try this guy.... I don't know if he'll have the cure for what ails your speedo, but he's very knowledgable and has access to the pieces if you did actually break something.

Ya, John is a nice guy and I also picked up one of his 140 speedos... he also did a conversion for me from Km (Canada) to miles. And the guy is QUICK! I thought I had him talked into coming to Alaska once, but he must have changed vacation plans.
