Can I put a set of American Racing Torque Thurst D rims on my 72 T top without any problems?

L88,

Depending on the size it should not be a problem. A couple of years ago I removed the same from my 68. Now I have 5 ea. 15x7 wheels taking up space in my garage. These are oldies but goodies, bought and installed around 1969, been told they are more desirable than the ones made today. Not sure if there is any truth to that but they are for sale.....

Cee

I would be interested in that sale. I have a '73. They should fit! Let me know.

1bad,
I'll shoot some better pics in the daylight tomorrow and send them on....these are only 7 inchers, stock width on a '68, the '69 and up went with a 8" wheel. Guess thats why I haven't been able to get rid of them (haven't tried hard either).....they need a good polish....

If you go to the american racing site right below the main frame is a pic of a suv go there and you can pull your car up and slap a set on you can even lower your cars stance if you like change the color etc. I thought that was pretty neat
