Default must be the morning for code 43

I was idling down the street this morning shortly after starting the car. The check engine light came on for about 30 seconds and went out. I just checked codes and it had a code 43 knock sensor. Since the light went right out, should I be concirned at this point?

Thanks

Put your car in 6th gear at about 45-50 mph and lean on the throttle...does it stumble ??? (hopefully you have a manual trans.)

Yes, it does idle rough. It feels like it is missing on a cylinder or two.

There are two of them on a LT1 they are screwed into the block. They detect engine detonation ( pinning ) and tell the computer to retard the spark advance.
