Default C6 concepts october 11

I modified these on microsoft paint. IMHO these look like they could be pretty close to what we'll see in January.

The first one is Bkuper's rendition and the second one is maybe or maybe not like it.

This is my first "post" here, although I've been around.

Rocket, I did this revision to the Chroomen & Vlammen rendering, too. Of course he added the lights.

IMHO the orange one looked better before. The nose is WAY to short and the rear is
I'm still working on the tail, too.

Yeah, It's really hard to get the rear to look right from that high 3/4 angle. I was trying to make it look like the bottom corner of the rear wheel-well's trailing edge curves under. What do you think about the side vent though?? People have been saying that it extends to just behind the front wheel-well and I think that the bottom corner of the opening could be curved.

I do like that it's more open.

Do you think it will have that front overhanging lip? Kinda looks like the nose of a shark.

Hi Bud,

I'm glad you're still posting. I like your side scoop idea. It' very aggressive looking. The rear tuck makes since too since the mufflers won't be occupying the corners anymore. But I'm afraid the Aero boys won't let go of the big butt. We've had some reports from Vegas Viewers, and a BG worker that the butt actually looks bigger on the C6.

On the Euro Mag cover, Brian, if I'm not mistaken, only modified the grille to follow some of the rumors. I see you have changed the Euro cover headlights to come closer to the some of the rumors.

Good job.

I got the 30-day free trial once and really liked it.
It's great if you want to put different wheels on something or put in realistic shading/highlights, etc; but I'm just used to working w/Microsoft Paint. Semi-realistic results are still possible w/ paint but it is more tedious. I'm sure if I took the time to learn the in's-and-out's of photoshop I would become more proficient @ it.

Nix that wild looking side blade and make it more C4 ish rounding into the side fender. Then you will be close that sketch of the center high light is pretty close in its placement.

I like the way you did this, the way the back end sort of tapers into that flat little panel. It's much less butt-heavy than the C5. The brake lights look a little weird, too small and too close together, and the left ones appear too close to the edge of the body. I read somewhere that the C6 brake lights resemble a figure eight, if that's so, and they are side-by-side, the left ones should be moved inward from their current position, and both of them perhaps a touch bigger. Your drawing accentuates those nice fender lines that flow into the door, and the oversized cove. That's a good drawing.

Ross, I've gotta brain cramp. Which year C4 do you mean? Sure you don't mean C3 73-79?
