Anyone have experience with aftermarket PKE fobs from Xilor, FCC ID PNZ0202T? Are they good, OK, or no good?

OEM GM FCC ID is ABO0202T.

I bought a fob from the local Chevy dealer in May of '02 (finally got delivery in Sept '02) that has the GM FCC ID # ABO0202T that you quote.
The order clerk told me that GM changed vendors, thus the delay in delivery. In fact, he first indicated it might be a year before they were available.
I had checked with Eckler's and found them out of stock with no expected restock date and kept rechecking with them for availability. The Chevy dealer came up with one first so I stopped looking.
Windy story, but is it possible the other number is for the previous supplier? Anyone with a factory original who can document the number?

From what I can tell, a company called Lectron Products Inc. first made the PKE for GM and Corvette in 1993. The company was acquired by Eaton Corporation in November, 1994. I'm unable to determine when Xilor Inc. came along with the quote "Replacement PKE Key-fob". The FCC ID of ABO0202T is issued to GM. The FCC ID of PNZ0202T is issued to Xilor Inc and fobs with this ID can be found on eBay. I just don't know if you could call these truly OEM or not, or if they should command the same price as the original Lectron fobs.

I contacted Xilor today about buying 50 of them and was told they only sell the fobs to GM.
So I guess that makes them OEM.
