I had to replace one of the remotes for my 2000 when I bought it. I found one on Ebay with the same code number and got it for under $30.00 total, works better (stronger) than the one I had. Do the reseach to the correct code number for your year and you can save some money by using Ebay.

Guess you have to go with GM Swedens expertise.

The problem is now solved. Some off the Corvettes with Euro options have transmitters (the one iside the trunk) that do not support KE.
In my car the transmitter has P/N 10277790 and does not support KE.

I am now looking for a transmitter with P/N 10422621. That one is in the US cars and is a direct reolacement. Maybe i can find a used one. They are very expensive in Europe.

A big THANX to c5d for all the support.
