Leaking axle shaft seal.

Just got my C5 left axle shaft seal replaced with seal part #12369460. Has anyone had this seal fail after it was installed?

I had all three seals (12369460,12369456 and 24207010) replaced in July of 02 and almost 1 year to the day it started leaking again.

When I took it back in it was found that the left axle seal and the transaxle vent valve were leaking. They replaced the left seal with part #89047953 and the valve with #25730853.

I thought I should take a look and found it was leaking so off to the dealer we go.
