oversteer on 1999

I recently had a 4 wheel alignment and now I am experiencing faily significant oversteer at higher speed, +60 mph. Is this common and can it be corrected with alignment adjustments or could there be else something wrong. My car only has 23,000 miles. I did not get the alignment data from the mechanic but they told me it was to the OEM specs.
