alarm problems

Help,

The alarm on my car is arming itself adn disarming itself for no reason, my passice control is off. It is the factory original and I have to keep reseting the control if I more than an hour passes without me activating it.

any suggestions?

Hi there,
I would suggest that your switch for the Passive function is not working, and the transmitter is still sending a signal.
We have had a few of these, and you can also use a 2000 transmitter, without the passive function, and it will work correctly when programmed.
