Looking to buy either bare block or variations thereof for my 1963 - needs to be an "L84 RF" block and with a casting date of D, E, or F 63

I think I know a person who has one, Garth Martin Telephone Number 860 354 3609. He was telling me he had a 63 Fuelie block...you might want to check with him...tell him you talked to me Collin MacDonald....hope this helps you out.

Garth and I spoke several times on the phone - turns out his "RF" engine is an early 1964! Stamp pad is F1230RF 4108866 and the date code is L83 - sure wish it could have worked

Folks, I found a 1963 block for my baby! basically in my back yard and will be picking the block up Friday.

The block is D113 and the heads are D13 - everything is pretty much there (albeit in boxes) from the pistons, connecting rods, cam, crank, etc. - only things really missing are the intake manifold and fuel injection unit, but I will reuse parts off the current engine in my baby to make ONE WHOLE ENGINE!
