Great looking hood! Just be careful- it takes a few weeks to get used to the fact that you can't see the passenger side fender, or what's hiding behind it!

Man that looks great!

Black Vettes Rock!

Those headlight inserts look ominous.

I have the same hood on my 72. No sight problems, the fender edge is very visible.

I really love the look of your car..The hood and the wheels look gooood..... I have a black '73' and I have been thinking about the l-88 hood for mine, this gives me a perfect example of what it will look like. Where did you get your hood???? I was biding on one on e-bay and it said it had a 5 inch rise? wouldn't that make it hard to see over? Do you notice any problems like that? Were there any other problems with the change?? Again it looks great.

No problem with change had to elongate the hindge holes a little to ajust hood , but just bolts in . www.ecklers.com $549 really gave the car a more meaty look hood sits 1 1/2" higher .

Very nice. I ordered a Stinger hood from Vanacor, so that should be arriving soon. Now I just need to get the front-end rebuild and the cooling system finished, and I'll be ready to roll.

Getting a little itchy to finish, since the car has been out of commission for three months now...

Very nice! What size tires and what wheels are on that pretty car of yours? They look good too!
