I just picked up some nice MSD 8.5mm plug wires for the Z. There's actually nothing wrong with my stock ones, in fact, they're in fantastic shape. That's just it.........when I found out how rare the stock wires are and how much $$ they're worth.....I want to try and keep them in great shape. I'll post some pics when I change them out soon

Just out of curiosity, how much are the stock wires going for these days?

There was a guy who found a brand new set of LT-5 wires at Carlisle last year that was going for $500:eek
That's crazy....so I thought I'd better pull mine off now:)

Do you have the part number or identification for the ZR1 MSD wires. And where did you find them? I presume they are not at the regular parts shops.

Art, the MSD part #32809 applies for all year ZR-1's. I ordered mine through Summit for $86 including shipping. They were at my door within 2 days.
