Are points, plugs, wires and condenser for the 1971 LT-1 the same as for all small block C-3's?

It depends if you have dual or single points in your distributor. I don't really know for sure on your model. You will need to pop the cap and rotor and take a look before you head to the store.

I think it's a trick question! Our '71 LT-1's are supposed to have the trasnsistorized ignition, but, if your car is like mine, the mag-pulse distributor has long since departed. If you now have a regular points-type distributor, there are just different brands, configuration, (separate points and condenser, or assembled together on one plate) and quality to choose from. Plugs are just personal preference as to brand, but have them look up LT-1 for application. Wires just depend on what you want- date coded correct ones, generic, or high performance (I have black Accel wires myself).
