Default Front License Plate Bracket ......?

Can someone tell me how the front license plate bracket comes off on a C-4? Have looked, maybe not that well, but didn't see the bolts or whatever holds them on. Thanks in advance.........

there should be two screws at the bottom of plate, but they are in under the plate a bit. Look in between the seam between bumper and plate and they should be there.

Just FYI, if they are factory screws, they are Torx... T-15 I think.(but could be wrong on the size)

Now Rare you know I will obey the LAW.... No we don't have front license plates in this state. I am going to get it re-painted...my brother-in-law has a paint shop and he told me to bring it to him. No breaking the law here Have a good one.......The Lawman Has Spoken:
