Default Need: 78-82 Steering Column

I need a steering column from a 78-82 VETTE for my 79 L-82.
Anyone know of a place I can pick one up locally?
I am in Orange County CA (home of DISNEYLAND and me)

Default UPDATE

I have stared at the diagrams of the steering column assembly for so long, that is all I see. Anyways... I started the disassembly from step 1 and it looks like Im missing a few pieces. When I pull the steering wheel & hub off, there is supposed to be a rod sticking out of the steering column. That is what I am missing. Who would steal this rod? I found a few misc. steering column parts on the floor... but I know I am missing at least this rod. Instead of the rod there seems to be a hole that drops into the column several inches. Can I just replace what I am missing or should I get another column?

Chuck?
