Guess you missed the article in Road and Track or was it Car and Driver. They did a test against Mich Pilot Sports and some other top brand names. It turns out that it's a really good tire. And when you factor in the low price, you can't go wrong.

I got a set of KUMHO to test from my tire supplier. My personal opinion is that they are very good and a great value for money. I got in I a few laps under wet/drizzle conditions. They performed OK. If I ever have to pay for tires again I will probably buy a set.
Good or bad, as long as brand D has their stickers on the F3 cars we get their rubber on all of our rides. That is why I always talk good about Mr.D.
God bless and comfort the families and friends of the shuttle crew and may their souls forever soar in Heavenly places.

Glad to hear this!
Thanks for the replies so far. I am happy to hear some of your reports. I know there are better tires out there, but for the price, these seem hard to beat!
I also considered the Yokohama AVXDB which are only a few dollars more, but the Kumho seems to get more thumbs up!

Hey 3DFLYER, your R/C bird is bigger than my micro light. Has any body ever put an R/C setup in a micro light or has any body ever flown in one of those big Radio Control birds?
If somebody on the ground with common sense had control of the plane my wife might fly with me again.
All jokes aside, I admire any body with the ability to build a bird like yours. How about posting some pictures or a movie of her in flight.
I know this is off of the Corvette subject however the same chemistry that makes us drive Vetts makes us love airplanes, motorcycles, etc., etc., etc.,

Love my Bridgestone Potenza's. Highly recommend them if the Kuhmo's don't work out.

Just curious how much they're asking for those Kumho's and where you're gonna get em' from.

Cost of Kumho's
The best price I have found is at Discount Tire. They will run $156 each and $687 total installed w/tax for all four. Not bad.
Yes, I checked with the online dealers and Discount was only $20 higher so why not go local.

TIRE RACK
Thanks for the tip. I already tried Tire Rack and Discount was literally only $20 more. Not worth the time and shipping hassle.
Thanks,
