My Corvette(s):
Default Dash button cover

I have a 96 CE and when I purchased it there was one small button cover missing. It is on the right side of of the main guage cluster between the main info center. It is in the cluster of controls that calculate mileage, number of miles remaining, etc. The button is small and oval and is black. I beleive it has "FUEL" printed on it in white.

I went to the GM dealer and they said the button was not sold separately, but that cluster of controls was sold together for about $150. Anyone have anything like this laying around??

I am also looking for a set of rear speaker covers. The interior of the CE is light gray. The covers have the Bose gold emblem on them. They are faded a bit and I would like to replace them. Looking for decent used ones before I buy new.

Thanks

I'd try a corvette salvage yard. I don't recall any off hand, but I'm sure someone
will help you out.

LT-4 CE,
I had the same problem. I went to the site below and got an entire DIC unit for $75.00 and swapped the unit out. The only problem with those buttons is you generally end up breaking the tabs off the back when removing the cover. You best bet is to buy the entire DIC (Driver's Information Console) and swap it out. Just my two cents.
