I dont doubt that a LS1 Chicken will run 13.5 stock. What I doubt is an LT4 running 13.6-13.9 stock. I ran a 13.7 stock with an LT1. The only way someone will run a 13.6-13.9 with a stock LT4, is if they cant drive or they are in Denver.

You should see Eric and Aqua. They are really big into it.

ok i just got back from driving my buddy's lt4 , and there is no way that car runs stock 13.6 or more , i had it up to 100 in no time and the car was begging for more
btw on my way to 100 i got a 99 cobra, audi tt( thou im not sure if he was really racing cuz i got him by about 12-13 cars ) and 94 talon tsi, that thing was keeping up with me for the most part ( thanx to his awd launch), now if i could only get a run in ls1....

Good kills. Most LT4's will run 12.9-13.2 with a good to average driver. I saw an almost stock one go 12.79, but that guy could drive his back side off.

Low to mid 13's seem to be with in reach for stock LT4's. I've heard of stock LT4's breaking into the high 12 range, but IMO you need to be better than average for that.
