View Full Version : Looking for Die Cast 70-72 Convertible
I am looking for a 1970-72 convertible corvetter. Does anyone have an idea of where I can purchase one.
Jeff
Their not die cast but I did find a 1:25 scale plastic kit for 70 and 71 at www.diecastexpress.com. 71 in stock and 70 coming soon.

I think the closest you'll find in 1/18 is going to be a 68 by Revell.

I got a 69 Convert at a flea market for $10.00(just got lucky)!
Try Ebay and search under "Duntov" they have at least 1 71 selling for $35.00 as of now and usually have sevaral different yrs on there so might find just the 1 your looking for. They only have 1 color per yr on the Duntov brand I think but you can always ask the sellers if they have the yr and color your looking for!

what scale are you looking for ?
I've been looking too - the closest I've been able to find is a '69 that was at the store at the NCM (I got the small one for $6 and it's even blue!).
I just checked the NCM store website and they don't have it listed, but they had quite a few at the actual store.

Join the club:eyerole! I've been looking for 2.5 years and no luck. When I find one, I'm buying 50 of them:D.
