I believe they have. I saw a ton of commemorative 50th edition models at Carlisle.

I saw some of these at my local Target over the weekend. If this is what you are looking for, they are in the toy section next to the Hot Wheels. The packaging says "50th Anniversary" and some of them come with a key.
