(1964) Wiring Diagram

Hi,

I recently removed the cluster on my 64 roadster to replace a guage. I am at the point of reassembly and
do not have a wriring diagram. I have a purple wire that is not connected. (near radio)

Can anybody identify that purple wire coonection and does anyone have a copy of the
wiring schematic ? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Phil, I looked at the wiring diagram for 63 through 67 and if "P" is for purple then it shows it connecting to the "IGN" terminal on the ignition switch. Again, if "P" is purple, you should have two purples connecting to the same spot. Looking at the back of the ignition switch in the diagram, the "IGN" position is at 10 O'clock location. Hope this helps.
