Default Instructions to clean your throttle body

Just found these great instructions on why, and how to clean your throttle body. I thought I'd pass it along.

fixvet,

Thanks for the link. Mine is idling high and I will be tackling the throttle body soon. Do you know where I can get a rebuild kit online?

Also, your picture is the only Vette I've ever seen that looks exactly like mine. I also have a standard suspension, Red, '88 with the six hole wheels.

Thanks again,

what makes you think you need to rebuild it?

i have a 85 with 230K miles on it,,

and the bushings on the throttle arm thingy is all good

i can't seem to see anything bad on it

just give it a good clean.
should be as good as new
