Need Help

I have a friend with an four barrel intake manifold with the fillowing #'s 3818803, I "think" it's a small block. I've looked in all my books and I can't find out what it's off of, anyone know?

Yes he did, unless the numbers were written down wrong, we couldn't find it. Oh, BTW, we did it in IM.;)
