Default 64 Radiator Shrouds

Is there a difference between a 300HP and a 365HP radiator shroud? If so what is it
Thanks Jeff

Thanks John,
That's what I thought. I thought the FI shrouds were different but not the rest. My 64 does not have the original motor in it and from all of my checking I have bits and pieces from just about every HP combination made and I am trying to figure out what should be in the car.
Regards, Jeff
