Default Thanks CAC!! I love this place!

To all my fellow Corvette enthusiasts and Corvette Action Center members:

Thanks for making this place so great!

I enjoy the sense of community we have here and the family atmosphere displayed on a daily basis. For a Southern girl (well, hardly a girl anymore but it's the internet... I can pretend) who was nervous about posting and chatting with total strangers, you've made me feel welcome and safe. In other words, logging on is like walking into a room full of friends and family.

Kudos to all!

And a very BIG thank you to Rob for his insight, diligence and hardwork on our behalf.

Long live Corvette Action Center!
Jane Ann

Thanks JAG,
We couldn't have done it without you!
I really enjoyed the late-night chats we used to have with Tammy, Heidi, Susan, Bobchad, Ken, Rain, Mac, and everybody else that stayed up late at night a few years ago.

Jane Ann, very nice post to the group. We ask a lot of questions, post funny stuff, pass on to our friends things that happen to us, etc., just as if we are immediate family, with no worry that we will be flamed or ciritized. It is especially nice when someone says thanks for the help provided and comments made. However, it is really great when someone like you who helps all of us in many ways thanks the group for being there for everyone. I sometimes wonder how you keep track of all of the birthdays because you wish us all happy birthdays at the appropriate time. I too appreciate this site more than words can express, I feel like I know more and more of the CACers through the postings and especially the Cruise Fests, and look forward to many more years of connecting with friends through the forum. And may I also thank Rob for all his efforts and keeping this site great. Thanks for the post Jane Ann.

I must say it all started with asking for some help with homework. And well over three years later this place is like family. Nice people and forums. Jane, Junk, Rob, and many more all have opened their arms to those who join. I love CAC and Vette!

Shucks - you guys are embarrassing me.

Thanks for the kind words. I've gotten a lot from the CAC. I've learned more about my Corvette than I would have dreamed possible and in the process have met some great people online and in person. Because it's really about the people - sharing, helping, comparing, debating.

I'm more than happy to give something back to the site and to the people that have given me so much.

Like I said - long live

And you're definitely one of my favorite people too Lord VTR!

Another hello and thanks from the Texas Gulf coast for CAC and it's members. Many great folks here. Good idea for a thread Jane Ann. I look forward to meeting in person someday.

Hi Jane Ann, You are one of my favorites. You have helped me out numerous times when I was really struggling to keep up with y'all. Posting pictures was a real good one, and I am still looking forward to meeting you and your beautiful Vert. You definitely have a great sense of humor to keep the words flowing in such a novel way. Scott

Default Words fail me

As it has been said this is like family. I had the privilege of meeting some of you at Damon's in Indy a few years back. Since then I have received help from Gregory, Bob, Junk and many others, Without your help my vette would be parked I simply can not afford to pay to have it worked on. Most of all you have given me confidence that I still can do the things I love to do mainly working with my hands. As I go forward with the years I will have the care and help of this great group of people. Thank you to the founders of this forum for their vision and dedication to provide a meeting place for so many Corvette fanatics.

Hi Jane Ann! I've cruised around the net and visited many sites. The Corvette Action Center is simply the best one. It's all about the PEOPLE here. Great members, moderators and administrators = great site!

I also agree 1000%!! IMHO, the CAC is the friendliest site on the 'net. I consider the members here my 2nd family. My father passed away in January and I let a few of the members know about it. I recieved some extremly comforting words from members I had never met face to face, but know only through posts here on CAC. And where else could I have my own photo posting assistant??? Right, Jane Ann??
