OUR TROOPS - THEY ARE ALL OURS !
Thinking of all the Canadian, American & British Soldiers who will not be home this Christmas with their loved ones and especially for the loved ones of those brave men and women who have given their lives for their country. This is what I will remember over the Holidays.
May God Watch Over And Keep Them All Safe As They Sacrifice To Keep Us All Safe, Remember Also Their Families That They Will Not Be With Over The Holidays; God Bless Them All As Well.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL

Hey a quick story, yesterday in the mall @ Fort Wayne, IN I had to run in to get a gift certificate for my secretary and didn't have very much time, just going to run in and out, and it was as you can imagine this time of year packed!!! As I went in the main entrance I came across an elderly gentleman setting on one of the benches that was wearing a WWI baseball cap and appeared to be absolutely exhausted. I went up to him and thanked him for his service to the country and he was shocked and excited at the same time, he told me that no one does that or at least hadn't in 50 plus years, I think it made his day at the mall special but really made mine even more special. I try to do this all the time but esspecially around the holidays, I sat and talked to this gentleman for over an hour, was late for a meeting that day because of it but well worth my time, made me think about all my blessings for sure and I absolutely enjoyed it! When I got ready to leave this elderly gentleman struggled to get up, reached in his front pocket took out his wallet and wanted to give me $20.00 for taking the time to thank him and talk to him, I told him NO WAY of course; it was I who owed him for my being here, he kept saying I want to give this to you, I kept saying NO, thank you. I thought what a shame this gentleman thought he had to pay me to talk to him or maybe he was just being nice but made me want to take more time to talk to the elderly people that sacrificed more than we can ever know.
Take care all you veterans out there and thank you very much for your service to your country, your sacrifices are very much appreicated and can never be repaid but I for one will thank you as I can.
Sorry for getting carried away here just thought this story was worth telling; esspecially this time of year that we all should be giving and the receiving will take care of itself!
Again Happy Holidays To You All,
Bill
